Evidence record / 根拠の記録
For each material claim, record the source URL or document, check date, market, vehicle match evidence (redacted where appropriate), the actual finding, and what is still unknown. Source access failure is an unverified check, not a negative result. Full VINs, chassis numbers, owner addresses, and payment details do not belong in public reports unless a specific required disclosure justifies the relevant field.
重要な主張ごとに、URL・書類、確認日、市場、必要に応じて伏せた個別照合の根拠、実際の結果、未確認事項を残します。アクセスできない場合は「未確認」であり「該当なし」ではありません。公開資料では必要な表示を守りつつ、VIN・車台番号の全体、所有者住所、決済情報などを不要に掲載しません。
